OneFest 2026 Nonprofit Exhibitor Application and Information About Our FestivalCome join us for OneFest 2026! We are a growing Christian Music Festival in the Chippewa Valley. We have reached over 7500 people of all ages at our festival! This is a great opportunity to showcase your organization. OneFest, Ltd is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization that consists of board members and a planning team. Our mission is to bring people together as one to know, experience and glorify God. OneFest 2026: July 31st to August 2ndCost to be an ExhibitorOur experience these past two years has proved that outdoor vendor and exhibitor spaces were most visited by attendees. Vendors and exhibitors need to provide their own tables, chairs and tents. Each space is 10x10. There are also limited spaces available under cover. The cost to be a non-profit exhibitor is $175. The exhibitor fee includes: 4 one day general admission tickets (2 Friday and 2 Saturday) as well as 2 one day parking passes for our general parking lot. Additional tickets can be purchased via a code which we will provide you once we receive and approve your application. OneFest Ltd. will assign you an exhibitor space as per our discretion. When your application is received, OneFest will send you the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form. It is a requirement of our festival that this form is filled out completely and accurately and returned to OneFest Ltd at 16294 250th Street Cadott, WI 54727 OR exhibitors@one-fest.com before we can review your application. Rules and Regulations TERMS OF PAYMENTVendor fees shall be received by July 12, 2026 via online form. No applications will be accepted after this. If traditional mail is your preferred method of application and payment, please reach out to exhibitors@one-fest.com.50% of all monies paid shall be retained by OneFest Ltd. as liquidated damages in the event the exhibitor violates the contract, cancels the exhibit space at any time prior to the event, withdraws from the event at any time or fails to fulfill the terms of the contract. All payments made by the exhibitor shall be retained by OneFest Ltd. should the exhibitor cancel on or after July 12, 2026. OneFest reserves the right to reassign without refund any space not claimed or occupied or for which special arrangements have not been made. INSURANCE AND LIABILITYAll exhibitors must provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum of $1,000,000 coverage) listing exhibitor as primary insured and OneFest Ltd. AND Chippewa Valley Music Festival, Inc. listed as additional insured. This certificate must be received by OneFest by JULY 1, 2026. See an example at our website or request a copy from exhibitors@one-fest.com.Exhibitor hereby assumes all responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OneFest Ltd. it's officers, members, employees, and agents and assigns and Chippewa Valley Music Festival, Inc., it's officers, directors, damages, penalties, liabilities, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) asserted against or incurred by OneFest Ltd. OR Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc. by reason of or arising out of the use, ownership or operation of the exhibition premises. This indemnification shall not apply to any claim or action which results from the negligence or intentional act of OneFest Ltd. OR Chippewa Valley Music Festival, Inc.
