OneFest 2026 Volunteer Registration - OneFest

OneFest 2026 - volunteer registration

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen
1 Peter 4:10-11 NIV

By signing here you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to OneFest's Servant's Pledge.

Servant’s Pledge

Key Verse:

Matthew 20:28 “Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give  His life as a ransom for many.”

Key Value:

We can best serve Christ by serving others He places in our path.

Key Truths:

A spirit of true service is a great witness for Christ and what we desire to reflect during  OneFest. Many thousands will come to our event, at different places in their spiritual journey,  but all needing to experience the love of Christ, to know the joy of His forgiveness and grace,  and to see an example of how Christ can change a life.

While we have always had hundreds of volunteers, we believe that the most accurate name for  each of us is Servant and so we plan to emphasize this in many ways this year.

Our hope is that everyone’s experience can be enhanced by making a conscious commitment  to be Servants and not just volunteer workers. To that end, we are asking each volunteer  (including Lead, Assistants and Board Members) to take the added step of pledging to be the  best servant they can be, in whatever job they are doing.

The Pledge:

Seeking to glorify God, honor his Son Jesus and bring others closer to Him, I pledge myself to  take on the heart, attitude and actions of a Servant while working at OneFest. I will strive to  follow Christ’s example (Philippians 2) and humble myself, seek to help others in a loving way,  respond to problems with kindness and patience, look for ways to encourage both our guests  and my fellow servants and to pray for the Holy Spirit to be the keeper of my spirit, words and  actions throughout the festival.

I will commit to following the servant leadership that is in place for my assigned area,  contributing but not complaining, seeking to be a blessing by cooperating and giving my best  effort to carry out my duties in a positive and excellent manner.

I will place the needs of others before my own and carefully consider how I can truly show the  love of Christ to each person through the way that I do my work.

THANK YOU FOR HAVING THE HEART OF A SERVANT!

By signing here you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to OneFest's Volunteer Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct – Volunteers

Objective:

The objective of this code of conduct is to provide a comprehensive outline of expectations and limitations for all OneFest volunteers that may have close contact with artists and speakers. The principles outlined in this document are in accordance with the mission scripture of OneFest Ltd.; “I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.  Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.  Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.  There is one body and one spirit – just as you were called to one hope when you were called – one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4:1-6.

Mission Statement:

As volunteers with OneFest, our mission is to provide an environment for the artists and speakers that is relaxing, courteous, and highly respectful. As we serve these artists and speakers, we are serving those that are also humbly serving God in the work that they do through their music and speaking ministries. In that perspective, we must “serve wholeheartedly, as if serving the Lord, not people” Ephesians 6:7  Adherence to these principles is a requirement for consideration as a return volunteer for OneFest in a capacity that offers close contact with the artists and speakers.

Core Principles:

  •       Do not request autographs from artists or speakers
  •       No photographs to be taken of artists or speakers
  •       Do not request to have your photo taken with an artist or speaker
  •       Respect the privacy of artists and speakers, and give them space
  •       Do not engage in conversation with the artists or speakers unless they initiate it
  •       Do not ask artists or speakers to meet your family or friends unless they request to do so
  •       If providing transportation for artists or speakers, you must obey all traffic laws and drive conservatively
    • No texting while driving
    • No stops for food, drink, or anything unless the artists request it
    • If the artist requests a stop for food, drink, or anything else, you must wait in the vehicle unless they request that you accompany them,
  • No volunteers on stage during sound checks or performances unless absolutely necessary. There may be few exceptions at the discretion of the area directors.

 Philippians 2:3-4

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

I do hereby understand and will abide by these codes.
