OneFest 2026 Food Truck Application and Information
About Our Festival
Come join us for OneFest 2026! We are a growing Christian Music Festival in the Chippewa Valley. We have reached over 7500 people of all ages at our festival! This is a great opportunity to showcase your organization. OneFest, Ltd is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization that consists of board members and a planning team. Our mission is to bring people together as one to know, experience and glorify God.
OneFest 2026 - July 31 to August 2
Cost to be a Food Truck
Price through February 1, 2026: $400
Price February 2, 2026 - April 1, 2026: $450
Price April 2, 2026: $550
PLUS 10% of gross sales is due at the end of the event to OneFest Ltd.
Fee includes: a max of 6 Friday tickets and 6 Saturday tickets for your staff and 2 full event parking passes. Additional tickets can be purchased at $30 per single day ticket and $40 per full event ticket. These additional tickets MUST be purchased NOW with your application. After you apply, they will not be available at a discount price and you will have to purchase them at regular price. Make sure you plan ahead when filling out this application. Fee also includes electricity needs - please indicate what you will need in the application below.
The Cadott Fire Department will be charging for the fire inspection that is required of each food truck at our festival. This $30 fee will be charged to you once you are accepted as a food vendor for our 2026 festival. If you are participating in another event located at the Chippewa Valley Music Festival grounds, you will only be charged this fee one time in 2026.
Rules and Regulations
LICENSES AND INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
All food trucks must be state licensed and insured per Wisconsin Department of Health Regulations. All food trucks must provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum of $1,000,000 coverage) listing food truck as primary insured and OneFest Ltd. AND Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc. listed as additional insured. If you application is accepted, you will receive an email by June 1st to forward to your insurance agent requesting certificate of liability.
Food truck hereby assumes all responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OneFest Ltd, it's officers, members, employees, agents and assigns and Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc, it's officers, directors; damages, penalties, liabilities, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) asserted against or incurred by OneFest Ltd. OR Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc. by reason of or arising out of the use, ownership or operation of the vendor premises. This indemnification shall not apply to any claim or action which results from the negligence or intentional act of OneFest Ltd OR Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, Inc.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Food truck fees shall be paid upon application submittal. 50% of all monies paid shall be retained by OneFest Ltd. as liquidated damages in the event the food truck violates the contract, cancels the food truck space at any time prior to the event, withdraws from the event at any time or fails to fulfill the terms of this contract. On or after July 1, 2026 all payments made by the food truck shall be retained by OneFest Ltd. should the food truck cancel. OneFest Ltd. reserves the right to reassign without refund any space not claimed or occupied or for which special arrangements have not been made as of 5:00PM July 31, 2026. OneFest Ltd. reserves the right to decline any application. The food truck space fee will be refunded upon declination.
ICE AND BEVERAGE
All ice and beverages must be purchased through OneFest. We will ask below for your estimated need. OneFest will work to get all beverages and ice at a bulk rate that is affordable to all. We will require you to sell these items at the price we set for the festival.
VENDOR SPACE
OneFest will assign your vendor space as per our discretion as well as arrival times.
ELECTRICAL FOR FOOD TRUCKS
Electricity needs are included with the fee this year. Please let us know what your needs are either via the form OR by emailing foodtrucks@one-fest.com
CAMPING
Camping is available for $100 here. Please reserve here with your application. If you do not reserve now, you will need to pay regular price on our website.
SET UP AND TEAR DOWN
OneFest Ltd. will be in contact with food trucks prior to the event to schedule set up and tear down. Questions can be sent to foodtrucks@one-fest.com
SPONSORSHIP
If you are interested in helping OneFest with a meal for our lead team and set up volunteers (around 125 people approximately) OR provide coupons for all of our volunteers (around 350-400 people) let us know. This is addition to your food truck application and fees. We have over 350-400 volunteers over the course of the festival that would utilize a coupon from your food truck if provided. The coupons donated to the 2024 and 2025 festivals were greatly appreciated by our volunteers. Please reach out to info@one-fest.com if you would like to discuss the opportunities.
** Please note that due to our growing festival, we will not be allowed to give any exclusivity to food trucks this year **
